TurboHD eligibility/New Install Options

Forgive me if some of this is old news, but im behind the curve.

Ive been racking my brain for the last couple of months on how to get the channels I need for the least amount of money. Best situation Ive come up with is the Dish Turbo Bronze for $25 and a HD Rcvr (no DVR), along with a TivoHD for OTA recording(long story, but I prefer it because I can use Amazon Unbox) at $13/mo.

That'd save me about 30 bucks a month and I get everything I want, so here's the questions.

1) I cancelled my account a few months ago and paid the fee. I'd prefer to do my own install, is there a way for me to get the Dish and Rcvr without dealing with a dish network tech??

2) Is there a monthly fee for the HD Rcvr only?

3) Is this something I could do thru Claude?

Tried checking the "new customer" thing at Dishstore, but its not working for some reason.

If you purchased a HD receiver at full price and the proper dish that you need you could install it yourself. Their is no receiver charges beyond the standard monthly subscription charges for the first receiver on your account.
