I have discovered a new fee on this month's bill and maybe someone can explain it to me. Like all other subs my equipment fees went up $2 per receiver this month. 
I am now paying $7 per month for my 2 old legacy receivers. Last month I added a vip222 HD duo receiver. My understanding is that this is my primary receiver, so there is no charge for tuner 1, so is the tv2 connection fee for the second tuner?
If so why is it $5 and not $7 as another receiver.
By the way, all receivers are connected to a phone line.
