TV2 stopped working on Bell 9242

Hi,
I have a Bell TV 9242 which I've had hooked up for a few months to my main TV via component and a secondary TV on a different floor of my house connected via coax. TV2 was working fine, then suddenly one day it didn't work any more. I double checked the modulator settings on the 9242 ("Cable" channel 88) and double checked the settings and channel on the TV and everything matched up. I tried different channels, tried "Air" instead of "Cable", same problem. I took the TV downstairs and connected via a different coax cable and got the same problem. I even hooked a different TV to the TV2 out via coax and it still didn't work. Everything points to a problem with the 9242. Anybody ever run into a problem like that suddenly developing? Any ideas?
