PBS on AMC3 has two HDTV channels that carry the same programming but different schedules.

can u recommend me the PCI cards that can I use?

im very noob sorryy

If you wish to watch a few HDTV feeds and PBS that you'll be able to receive, then that Twinhan looks like a good idea. You'll normal SD channels like the PBSes, Ia5, and Equity channels as well.
