The 102g is in its original box and includes remote control and original software. The hardware works fine, the manufacturer's software doesn't work well under Windows 7 in my experience. Both WDM and BDA drivers are available, so third-party software for 7 should be an option. The card DOES work with TSReader, but that's not included.

I'll consider offers. Keep in mind that shipping will cost between $5 and $10.
