It sucks hampton roads is dma 42 or 43. We have LIN to thank for no locals in hd. We were supposed to have them last oct.

Actually, three Alaskan Markets get at least one station in HD-Anchorage, Fairbanks and Juneau. It's just that in the case of Fairbanks, all they got was their PBS station. Also, part of SHVERA was that Alaska and Hawaii be provided both SD and HD locals by the end of 2007.

Yep, look how much DishNetwork went out their way to provide HD and HD locals and even subchannels to the folks in AK & HI.
