Ugh! Billing issues (HD FOR LIFE?)

I am bundled with Frontier Communications. I have always just had the HD programming and never the platinum, so I was surprised to login and see the platinum on my account. I have paperless billing and have been a customer for 3 years, shouldn't I be receiving "Free HD For Life"? I have no clue how the platinum got put on there.

Are you getting HD Service now? I don't see a charge for it there.

If there's no charge and you're still receiving it, just cancel HD Platinum as you must already have free HD. I can't explain how HD platinum was added, but you should be able to just remove it if you don't want those channels.

It appears as though they gave you Free HD. You might want to try out the platinum in that it is way more worth it today than a few months ago. You total bill probably hasn't changed, has it?

by bundled bill went from 109 to 113 so no major change. I am going to call and remove the platinum since I only watch the main networks and FSN Wisconsin. It's weird how they change and manipulate stuff without asking.
