Anyone know how to get a unitymotion to recognize the 9 new pbs
channels on tp24. I get 3.5 bars, do a scan, finds the right bit rate
and then pops back.

A viewsat finds the channels just fine.

I tried to scan it with my Integra IT815ST (a later model of the Unity Motion receiver) and it does the same thing. You will have to manually enter the video and audio pids for each channel.

I'll try entering the stuff manually and see if that works, but previously
you can't change the pid's unless the channel is already there.

I thought the AMC 3 PBS SD and HD channels were to go dark on November one?

In my case, even though no channel was added to the channel list, there was a listing in the installation menu under 12180 V 30000 with the wrong pids that I was able to change. It appears that this mux is in ATSC format and the receiver thinks it's an OTA channel.

They were supposed to, but there seems to be a delay in phasing out Digicipher 2. Currently there is a Digicipher 2 mux on Transponder 22. Transponder 22 is supposed to be where the new HD mux is to be located.
