This source generates a noise signal from 0.2 - 2000 mHz, some purport it's use if you don't have a tracking generator. It works pretty well for testing out RF filters. Not a substitute for a TG but it has it's uses for the hobbyist. The noise source's signal is linear all depending on the voltage source. I found a 12V gel cell works best.
