Unknow satellite

I'm in the USA/Ohio.. for starters.

try'n to hit 97w with my new 31in dish.. end up finding an unknown satellite at 19.2 channel called tandberg service.. has anyone found this one.. ?


I'm still lookin for 97w.. No luck yet...

What is the symbol rate of the transponder. (If it is 3978 it could be on any satellite, as it is very common for SD feeds)

I had that show up when doing a blind scan on AMC15 (105) and the symbol rate was 3978.

Tandberg manufacturers satellite uplink/downlink equipment (including receivers), so this sounds like a default service name. Possibly a feed...
