Upcoming Contract Disputes for Dish?

Every provider has price increases every year, some twice a year (Charter this year….again).

The advantage of YTTV is no box charges ( up to 3 TVs at once) along with including the DVR.

Dish really needs to do something about the DVR and box fees, that equipment has been recycled and paid for several times over. At least drop the DVR fee.

1. They need a certain Gross Income.

2. If they drop some fees, they will have to raise others.

3. If you think their dropping fees you don't like will bring in new custies, consider that they have EXPERTS, who are TRAINED in such things, maybe even have applicable degrees in the field, who are paid to make such calculations. My nickel bet is on them to make the least bad choice over any of us.

4. If you think they charge too much, move on. Don't tell a baker why he should sell bread for $1 a loaf and absorb the taxes.

I have Directv and don't get the ESPN Unlimited. I think that's only for people on the streaming side of Directv

correct, it's only for the streaming version of DirecTV and not for traditional legacy satellite customers as DirecTV is trying to rid of either the satellite customers or the satellite service themselves.
