update: HR24's with broken HDMI

Since two of my three HR-24's HDMI output died, and after a service call Sunday to Direct, today I had a tech at my house.

The result was that both receivers were replaced with HR24-500's (was HR24-100's)

New customer with service that started Feb 24,2011. Thankfully the devices were under 90 day warranty.

Thanks, we're good, recreating the timers is a -bleep- wish they could be stored with your account online
