upgrade 811 plus add new receiver.

I would like to upgrade my 811 to a VIP211 plus add an additional receiver to the kids room. My current leased setup is an 811,508,301 with Legacy LNB , SW64 and 110/119/61.5. Will Dish allow my to upgrade the 811 to a 211 and then purchase an additional 211 for the fourth TV? Could I lease the 2nd 211? Some advice would be great before I play CSR roulette.

CSR's cannot give you more than one leased ViP per year (computer will not allow it).
