I had to update the News Monitor four times today.
First I had my original news items, then I added an item on WJPX, then one of my earlier stories updated, and then Chase Carey told everyone he's leaving and I had more TiVo news.
With the DTV transition near, I'm likely to add more DTV news. (You can see that I've had some non-EchoStar DTV news; again, this affects everyone.)
So here's how the next week looks like:
Thursday: Chase Carey leaving fallout
Friday: 1 week to DTV
Monday: Charlie Chat
Tuesday: Recap of the Recap?
Wednesday: Uplink Report Highlights
Thursday: Last-day of analog coverage
Friday: DTV-Day and fallout
(Raymie Humbert's News Monitor is 100% owned by Raymie Humbert, which is 0% owned by the NAB. Also, remember that your LPTV stations (which can include some network affiliates - Lima, Virgin Islands, etc.) will not go digital unless they actually are going digital - we have two of those out here.)
