Especially when many of those Internationals are probably higher profit than many of the HDs would be. And as long as they are there they could be available to EA subscribers, unlike service at 118.

Ciel-2 is a Canadian licensed satellite. Ones figures seem to completely negate that fact. :)

As for Ciel-2 being Canadian, that makes it even easier to match with 61.5 as each TP used for CONCanada is one less to be matched at 61.5.

As for HD v. internationals, while the internationals may be higher profit, I imagine there are a lot more HD customers, with the potential for a lot more. Easier to give those customers a Dish 500+ and a 61.5 wing dish than converting all the HD customers in the East to a Dish 1000.4 for matching bandwidth by using 77.

I think it's certainly a better alternative than waiting until E15 comes online at 61.5 in 2011 to add capcity on those 4 TPs.
