Do you know if decent footprint maps are avaivlable for all 4 Nimiq birds? Nimiq 3 used to be in the 91-degree orbital slot. Are you saying that they recently moved it over to 82 degrees, and that is a primary reason why they had a major shakeup of channels?

Nimiq1 & 2 were the original satellites for ExpressVu and have pretty much CONUS
Nimiq 3 & 4 are directv satellites that dont have the full footprint sicne they shifted it north to cover Canada
