Uplink Report for this week question

I saw on the other site they were 120 changes mostly locals this week. But are the rest of the 77 Locals going to 61.5 in the next week or so?? That was basically what I saw but not 100% sure so I didn't know if someone can clarify if this is going to happen.

Ahh we lost power due to a car accident down the street. Power is back on now and the report has been spit out by the uplink PC.

Okay Thanks Scott! Yes it looks like more locals are moving to 61.5 in the next week or so I guess. Just a few left for 77 unless they leave in coming weeks as well.
