UPN & WB merging- does this effect the Super Station package

It was announced last night on CBS 4 Boston (Owners of WSBK-38 UPN), that WSBK 38 in Boston would go back to being an independant station.

I suspect a few of the superstations as already mentioned will go back to the glory days of being indies and not affilates like they became when they added UPN or WB.

I see them as going back to independent as a good thing as this will give us more of a programming selection. If all of them went to CW then we would have five of the same thing showing on all the stations just different time slots. That would suck.

I hope so, WWOR I don't think will since Nick at Night and TV Land carries most of there old programming. As for WSBK, I remember the old glory days of the station.

Well WSBK and WWOR are the only ones in play----the other 3 have a home.
