I agree, I would not want the Olympics in my area. We lived in Atlanta during the 96 games and it just wasn't worth it IMO.Security was pretty tight then, especially the day after the bombing in the park. We had tickets to a baseball game that next day. I can't imagine locals would enjoy with how security will be now days.

I live in the Augusta,GA/CSRA area. I'd tried my level best to ignore the Olympics when it was in Atlanta.
