Using commercial receivers for recording?

I've been using my Edision OS Mini 4K to record TS files, and it does a great job. The issue is it only has one tuner. I would like to be able to record TS files for both C and KU from the same receiver. I then use TSReader to anaylze the streams for bitrate and other modulation parameters, or just to save my recordings with the highest quality possible. I've been searching for an OS MIO+ with no success. Then it occurred to me...

I already have an Arris DSR-7403 and an Ericsson RX8200. Both have 4 tuners. Does anybody know if these receivers can record/output TS files? The Arris has ethernet outputs, but it's unclear to me how to utilize those.

PS this is related to my previous thread from September about streaming directly from receivers to PC without transcoding. So far it seems only the Edision is capable of this.

I've noticed that streaming from a receiver like the Edision or the GTMedia V9 to my computer produces a stream with a lower bitrate than the originating feed. For example, streaming ABC 4:2:2 from 97 or 99 C-band from the Edision looks grainy on the PC. I've tried VLC, PotPlayer, SMPlayer and others and the result is the same. How do I stream the original, high quality TS file from the receiver without transcoding?

PS- my network is gig all around, so I don't think that's the issue.

Hoping either the Ericsson or Arris could do it, as they are commercial receivers
