USPOS - what does it mean ?

I got upon this abbreviation: USPOS, while translating an article about different DiSEqC types. What does it mean in clear English ?

NB: The "6" is not equal with "sex". 6hunyadi is the shortened Hungarian appellation of our boyscout troop - Boyscout troop John Hunyadi n°6 from Novi Sad (In Hungarian: 6-os számú Hunyadi János fiú cserkészcsapat).
