Unfortuately, there is nothing that can really be done. Ironically, you vets who have risked your lives trying to protect our freedoms are what allows these people to do this without punishment. Hopefully, they will find the SOB's who defaced the Veterans memorial in D.C. I went there in early August and it, along with the WWII memorial, were my favorites.

Damn punk kids and renegade activits ruining our memorials. They ought to have security at a monument which embraced a war that had so much tension. Things like this are forseeable to happen, unfortunately. I firmly believe that even if you were to punish the kids you would only be, sadly, promoting a type of restraint on free speech. The only thing that could be done is to shun them and make them feel alienated....
or secretly "draft" them. did I just say that...?
