Many of the FTA sites list that Velocity (9421) is in the clear and they receive it with their equipment. But on my VIP211K receiver with Welcome Pack, it still shows as scrambled. Can someone please tell me how to receive this channel without additional subscription.

I don't know sh*t about FTA but if it's coming off of Dish's satellites, they can no doubt "scramble" it to require the proper access.
