Verizon Adding Olympic Channels

It looks like Verizon is adding a few more channels for the Olympics. So far, CNBC-HD is showing up on channel 879, USA-HD is on 884, regular CNBC is on 918 and something called "live Soccer" is active, but just showing color bars on channel 896. My Tivo hasn't alerted me to these new stations, but I can dial the number in and get the channels. Good for you, Verizon!!!

Yeah, they're adding the following channels as part of this:

- 79 Olympics barker channels
- 896 - Olympics coverage
- 897 - Olympics coverage
- 879 - CNBC HD
- 884 - USA HD

Note, this is separate from the HD roll-out that's currently going on around the country. The channels have shown up on my guide (here in PA), but I can't tune them in yet. Others are also seeing a version of CNBC show up on channel 918, but we don't see that here.
