Verizon continues to beat the 4G drum perhaps because they aren't prepared for 5G.

5g is for landline replacement...5g for cell phones will probably be called 6g...they want to reuse the 3g frequencies once they get everyone off of them

Well, right now T-Mobile and Dish are touting cell connections as soon to include "5G." Although I suspect Dish is aiming more toward IoT.

T- mobile is running 10 gig pipes to all their cell sites...so I think they will have actual 5g cell service
