Has anyone had experience with this one? Were there any problems with it? Can I connect it to the same dish I have a Coolsat 5000 connected to now? Thanks in advance for any help or advise you can give me.

Which satellites are you receiving?
What sort of dish and LNBs do you have?
It's not like there's a splitter you can use, so the above info is helpful in figuring out how to hook up what you've got. :)

There had been some trouble last year with some Viewsat models and motors, and I'm not sure how that was resolved.
Do you have a motor?

I used to have a veiwsat ultra and I have never had a problem with motor control. I use a stab hh-90 motor, maybe other models had a problem.
If you have dual output lnb(s) you should be able to connect it with no problem.

VS Ultra

The Ultra has had most bugs fixed in V2 firmware. The newer models are
fine for FTA but... I did have some issues with the factory loaded satellite TPs
and the list is not quite up to date. You made need to do some tweeking
i.e. edit TPs etc. The motor should work fine, I had one on my motor but I used
the USALS settings, it seemed more accurate than the Diseqc positions.
