For the last several days I get no picture on 144HD or 9425 but I get audio. I have called support and each time we try something new--check switch--check signal strength---and if you shut down the receiver and unplug it; it will acquire the new program and 144HD will come on if you have it set to that channel. Once you switch channels you loose the video again and still get audio. They have tried fixing four times and now have sent a report to engineering. All the other HD channels are great. They told me to call back in two days if it continued. Any of you ever heard of this problem? Oh, they told me that the new software had been installed two days ago.
