VIP 222k Install Problems

My Friend has dish vip 222k subscription and all the cables were disconnected Now Cant get it to work.
He has have a dish 500 dish with a dp34 sw and dishpro lnbs pointed at 110 and 119 he only has one tv. Is there a diagram on how to wire this thing?
I have ben trying to install it but i only get 110 or 119 and only some chanells. I have the output from the sw34 going to the receiver on sat1.Nothing is going to sat 2 on the receiver
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

There should be 3 coax cables running from the disease to the 34 switch. From there you will need 2 coax cables running to the receiver. Then in the setup page ( menu 6-1-1) run a check switch.

2 cables from dish to switch. One for each orbital. 2 cables from switch to receiver. 1 to each satellite input in the receiver. Run check switch as previously stated.
