VIP 722k and Sling

I have had this combination and it was working. All of a sudden I start getting error 31 when I try to connect to to the sling. Dish tech says that the issue is with my router. She gave me all the ports that I need to make sure are open. I am using a DLINK DI624 and the receiver is connected via ethernet cable. My receiver can watch content via the connection, so it is connected and working. Any ideas? Yes I have rebooted everything.

After replacing my router and talking to the third broadband tech specialist, it was finally determined that my sling adapter was defective! Question: paperwork shows the SA as leased. I thought these were purchased for $99.

You own it. They arnt leased

I'd get in touch with their broadband department and see if it can be replaced. I assume there has to be some sort of warranty.
