Vip 722k Error 890

Hi All

My receiver is stuck on this error. I did a reboot but it didn't work. I changed from hdmi connection to component to see if that would do it but message still there. Help

Make sure the hdmi is also completely disconnected from your box. then id try a reset.

Verify hdmi disconnected. Reboot complete but still there. It was fine until today. I don't get it. I certainly prefer hdmi over component. I also tried a different hdmi cable but still the same
