Dish hooked up my new 411 today in exchange for my 811. About 1 hour after he left tv screen went blank and no sound. I freeked and got hold of teck support. They had me try everything but no help. Said they woul set up a service call for Monday (two days from now). Totally frustrated I removed the HDMI and hooked up component cables and Walla it works fine. When the replacement 411 gets here I dont think I will us HDMI. I will save that for a Upconvert DVD I plan to purchase soon.
