Vip211 OTA tuner going bad?

Have a 211 that has lost ability to to tune UHF, have swapped antennas, power cord reboot , smart card reboot, deleted channels, check switch, etc. Any other ideas short of swapping it/sending it back for a replacement?

Menu-6-8...Analog type should be Off Air. Sounds like it got changed to Cable. If so, you'll need to rescan.

Thanks... went through every menu except that one...have no idea how it got changed...
