VIP211K system lock not working correctly

I noticed an issue with my VIP 211k. Even with the system lock on and other channels hidden they can be easily bypassed by just viewing a previous recorded unlocked TV show.

Poof! It acts like the receiver is not locked or hidden and you have to turn the receive off and back on for it to lock.

But then watch your recorded episode of "Timeless" and press done at the end and your system is completely unlocked and showing your locked and hidden channels. (no password required)

To confirm, are you selecting recall and it will allow you to go to the channel that is supposed to be locked without it asking for the PIN? Can you please provide exact steps?

No. Not using recall.

All locks are turned on.

I turn on receiver. It shows the channel is locked and its asking for a pin. I press "DVR"

I then go to a previous recorded unlocked TV show like "timeless" and press play, then I stop it and press "done"

If I am on a channel that is locked and hidden it shows it without having to unlock and unhide the channel. No PIN required.
