VIP222 Picture Freezes

It just only started during the last weekend. While I am watching a program, the picture just suddenly freezes up, but I could still hear the audio that is coming through. In order to fix this problem I had to reset my receiver and it would come back up again. This has been happening several times each day since last weekend. Now, I am wondering if this is a known problem or if this is has only happened to me? What should I do about it? Should I call Dish for a new receiver? I am still under their 2 year contract. It is occurring on a VIP222 receiver.

I've had the same thing happen, and I'll be curious to see what is suggested. The only thing I have to add is that it seemed to happen when I was having trouble tuning into a local OTA station that's having transmitter problems.
