VIP222 with MT2 OTA module = complete signal loss

I have 3 receivers, 211K w/built in OTA tuner, 211Z w/OTA dongle and a 222 w/MT2 OTA module. All are connected to sat and antenna with new diplexers and cables. I installed the MT2module a week ago (it is recignized by the receiver) and it worked as it should, just like the others do, until yesterday. Now, I get a complete signal loss screen several times a day on the 222 receiver only. No problems with the others. Resetting the receiver fixes it until the next complete signal loss, which seems to always happen near the end of a movie or program. Any ideas or suggestions??

A weak signal on the OTA tuner has been a common cause for the complete signal loss message. What do you have for signal strengths on OTA channels compared to 211K?
