VOD Download paused

Hi All,
I have my DVR connected via hardline and it passes all tests. I can browse all VOD content, but when I try to add to my queue, the download begins.. briefly, then a messgae "download paused" appears. No other info that I can find. Any ideas?

I had that happen, try a reset, that got it working for me.
