Von Weise 115V actuator, Mod. # V07674AA76U

Hello,

I have a Von Weise 115VAC linear actuator (Mod. # V07674AA76U) and am looking for information on wiring it so that I can retract and extend it. Either a schematic, or a written description would be great! The only information I can tell you is that it has four wires (black, white, red, and yellow/green).
