Sounds like you have Wilt on top of the problem and will likely get it
resolved.
Up here in Seattle we live on a ridge in SW Seattle which provides us
a straight shot to the satellite between some trees and our OTA
antenna can see the OTA broadcast towers. Our signal is normally 97
although in light rain it falls to around 90. Heavy rain locally or
over the Cascades does cause rain fade. Installs, Inc. says that we
are in the right ZIP code area for an automatic upgrade to a 24"
antenna. I'd make sure you get the 24" antenna assuming you have line
of sight to the satellite. Good luck!
You live in one beautiful city down there. If I weren't doing cancer
research at the Hutch I'd be mighty tempted to move down there. Long
term does see us moving up valley from you.
