Facts:
1. Voom sold their first generation satellite and ground station to
DishNetwork.
2. Voom has 5 second generation satellites on order from Lockheed
Martin. These satellites will enable VOOM to increase its channel
capacity to more than 5,000 high definition channels.
3. Cablevision entered into an agreement to sell Voom to a group of
investors led by Cablevision chairman Charles Dolan, who plan to
keep operating the service by leasing capacity on other satellites,
such as an SES Americom satellite Voom currently uses.

Speculation:
1. Voom will license its exclusive HD content to other cable and
satellite operators to finance operations and the new satellites.
2. Voom will rent bandwidth to other satellite operators once the
new satellites are operational.

Let's correct this:
3. Charles Dolan has put an offer on the table to buy the remaining assets from Cablevision. Board decision has not been made.
4. Rainbow DBS, now Rainbow HD LLC, has leased capacity on AMC-6.

Speculation:
3. plan to keep operating the service by leasing capacity on other satellites,

Nowhere it has been stated official how he's going to keep the service running.
If you want to state facts and speculations, the list will need to be accurate. By the way, a list of speculations opens the door for everything else. All is speculation. We just don't know, yet!!

Let's further correct;

The Cablevision board and Dolan Sr. have already signed a letter of intent.

The new company is called Voom HD, LLC.

That's correct, but Board has to approve.

See press release:
A committee of Cablevision's Board of Directors consisting of independent directors negotiated the letter of intent for Cablevision. The transaction is contingent on the Board's approval of the definitive agreement. There can be no assurance that a definitive agreement will be entered into or that the transaction will be consummated.

If you want to be pedantic that's not correct either. They have been
carrying signals there for some weeks now.

Let's correct further. VOOM does not yet use any of it's leased capacity
on AMC-6 either.
