Voom STB freezes during reboot

One of my boxes was frozen, so I rebooted - and never booted up again, freezes with the Voom logo and title... what should I do?

First, press power buttom 5 seconds, you will see orange light blinks, it should soft reset the receiver.

2nd, if it does not work, unplug every cable, press power buttom for one minute, and let it sit for 24 hours, this should discharge completely.

So unplug and then one MINUTE? Woah...

Discharge - you mean the board capacitors? It won't lose the activation, I really hope...
