I had some issues last week with my box freezing up and the
guys/girls at VOOM were very helpful and really did everything they
could to resolve my issue. I think VOOM has the best customer
service out of any of the satellite companies. In the beginning
there were the issues with hour plus wait times, but I really think
they have turned it around and are really putting the customer
first. Thanks to those that helped me over at VOOM (you know who
you are). I will be here until the end.
