Yea, I did it this afternoon. I'm hardly an expert, but it only took about 15 minutes. Gotta love Photoshop.

Of course the original pic made it almost too easy.

I have used that pic for JoeSp as the minister of misinformation before. The gag is over a year old. I believe someone at AVS started using it first.
