Well, I think we saw it coming. Just sooner than I expected, personally. Lame doesn't begin to describe that flick. More will follow. Just wish they'd have picked something with legs to be the first one.

They probably picked a movie with a low marketing budget to test. Having a bunch of ads with 2 dates probably will confuse too many consumers...

I think this and unrated/directors cuts as blu only are great ideas.

which would further position BD as the videophile niche. Don't forget that Laserdisc played this "special edition with extras" trick for years.
