WB Channel on DirecTV?

I don't see the WB channel on my channel lineup. Is it available from DirecTV? Is it only available in certain areas? My wife is miffed that she can't get the WB channel. We recently moved and had Time Warner cable previously.

unless your area has a WB affiliate, right now you're SOL

smaller markets have WB as cable only (Duluth, Mn is one of them)

Dish has the Superstations, which has 3 WB and 2 UPN stations (WSBK, WPIX, KTLA, KWGN, WWOR), but Directv does not.

Direct was thinking of making a national WB for those areas, but hasnt yet

I didn't realized that's how the WB operated. I thought they were like USA, TNT, etc.

I live just outside Erie. We don't have a WB affiliate that I know of and I don't think my antenna could pick anything else up that would be remotely close.
