Does anyone know what the HD channel # is for WCBS out of New York City.

I called Dish to have the channel turned back on from years ago and they gave me some 652 channel with oriental stuff on it.

Also, does anyone know what that 652 channel is?

I'm assuming you are talking about the distant NY CBS. It is channel 9483 and you have to have a dish pointing at the 61.5 slot to receive it.

Channel 652 is the Korean Broadcasting Service America from the 148 slot.

By the way, I'm thinking that if you have the 148 slot you may not have 61.5 which would mean that you would need the LA CBS Distant (which is on 148) instead. It is channel 9484.

Thanks for the quick response. My 2nd sat is pointed at 61.5. That's why I can't figure out why I have that 652 channel

9483 is what I needed. These CSR's are stupid. They keep trying to give me SD channels.
