non-pub members DO. I logged in under my non staff login (to check things like this) and I do see the following

Where are you seeing it when your logged in as a pub member?

I logged into a dummy pub member account and am not seeing it.

weird I have yet to see it at all.logged out and cleared cookies came back and all I see are the normal ads.IE9
