Hello, everyone
I'm new to the site, used to be a cable installer back in the old 5-meter dish days (back when TVRO dishes were all huge monstrosities). Now I have a Dish DVR Model 625, looking for pointers on how to do stuff like capture programming through the USB port to external drives (I have a set-top DVD recorder, but would prefer to do digital-to-digital copying rather than take all the time and trouble to record in real time analog - where I find I get unacceptable lossiness at times - the way I'm doing now).
