The early bird special on NFLST is $220.09, paid in 11 payments of $20.82/month.

Superfan was somewhere around $99, right?

So you're looking at about $20 per Sunday for all the games, most in HD.

That is a pricey little product!

That's for, 17 weeks, the convenience, access to all out of market games, the comfort of your home and unlimited guests. Price that compared to only 8 weeks, your one local home team game, for a family of 4, with the cheapest seats (even with the discount for season tix pkg), one soda, one hot dog each, and parking.

It's a great bargain and well worth it! For many of us SF was free; some paid $49 I think.

Superfan base price was $99.

But pretty much anybody that complained a little bit got it for $49 or free.

It will be interesting to see what the price is this year with the new HD Access fee. I'm hoping $50 or less.

The games the network don't do in HD (mostly CBS) are therefore not on NFL ST/SF either. They can only show what is available; as DirecTV does not produce anything. I had read/heard rumors that CBS was upping their number of HD games, if not all. That is ONLY A RUMOR; and as always, even if confirmed, subject to last minute changes.

Charper,
I hope your rumor is accurate,
We heard the same one last year that said CBS was going to get up to par with Fox, but we never could find anything in writing ....

Well I hope it is too, but its not my rumor and although I started hearing it last spring or summer, it was still for this upcoming season, not this past season.

I realize it's not YOUR rumor, but I also heard that CBS was gouing to up thier HD games last year too.

I'm pretty sure that CBS had a press release that I saw on AVS last fall that said they were going to up their HD games to 4 this year, 5 next year and then all in 2009 as the NFL has in their contracts with the networks that all games must be in HD by 2009.

So CBS better get cracking!

I did not know this option was available (11 payments) Can I call and ask for that payment term without them making me change my current programming? (new packages).
