What dish is needed for north east georgia?

Looks like Im going to go with direct because the monthly cost is so much better than with dish. Im looking at the 200 channels plus hd, location is Athens GA but if you need a zip its 30605.

I dont think they are, my stepfather is getting them off a single dish along with all the other standard digital programming and the premium stuff as well.
