What FTA Channel is your Favorite?

I like them all. mainly watch the RTN's and Kbs channels on G10 watch some of the spanish stations even tho my Spanish is bad still interesting to watch.Do check out to see what movie White Springs is showing if its interesting will watch that.
 
My favorite channels is out of town local news, like one from WY, on G-10 and any live sports feeds and news feeds.

Most of all it's TV DXing!!!!
 
PBS feeds on AMC3 , as I am on the extreme East Coast I find I have to record a lot of the shows and playback early the next evening when the cartoons are still on.
 
Bah, fox is ok, but way too cooky. It's comical watching them have like 3-6 people on there that are supposedly specialists in their area all yelling at one another for 10 minutes since there's no really big breaking news so they just have the yelling matches in between the hours.... but after you see that a few too many times, it gets old, and very high schoolish fast.

CNN, Russia Today, or BBC is better if you want real news.
 
I'm just starting to get into the Free-To-Air stuff and don't have a motor yet, but the favourite channel I've found so far has got to be the University Channel on IA6 (I believe) with Dr. Gene Scott, the cigar smoking preacher. I hadn't seen him in probably 15 years from when I lived with my parents and they had a C-Band system. It's nice to see that even though Dr Gene died last year that he is alive and well in re-runs.
 

Well, you're in the minority since they are the number one cable news network. I agree with you about Russia Today though-very good channel.
 
Way too many to mention. Favorites on each satellite might be better? Network and sports feeds would have to be at the top of the list.
 
I watch Russia Today, ARTN, Montana PBS, NYN2 and RTN channels.
Sometimes I watch other ethnic channels, even without understanding the language.
My favorites are Duna TV, Polish channels and Aztecas

I really wish I could get those PBS channels on AMC 3. Dang thing is, I CAN'T get that satellite>>
I lve in north Mississippi. Am I out of the footprint of that satellite?
I can get G11, T5, T6, and G3 in the eastern orbit belt.
What do yall think?
